- Customer Privacy Policy which is designed to explain how we process your personal data when we enter into an agreement with your company (our Customer) and administer our relationships, handle your requests for support and improve your experience of using our Apps.
- You should also know that the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is concluded between the Customer and CouchLabs, and is an integral part of our Customer Privacy Policy. DPA includes detailed information on the transfer of personal data from Customer to CouchLabs.
- Marketing Privacy Policy which is designed to describe how we process your personal data when we send marketing communications i.e., information about our Services, new features, functions, surveys, newsletters, and promotions, and also when you visit our Website and accounts on social media sites i.e. LinkedIn.
Updates to our Privacy Policies
We may amend or update these Privacy Policies from time to time. If we decide to do so, and the amendments will substantially affect your rights and legitimate interests, we will notify you of any changes via email and/or a notice within our Services. We will also indicate the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
Age of our users
Our Services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.
